How We Began
El Morning Flow, is part of a talk radio series at, WMCX 88.9, Monmouth University. El Morning Flow is a show in Spanglish that has a variety of segments. We will have news, weather, entertainment, gossip, new releases and so much more. We will also have a segment in which we will be discussing a Spanish television program called, Enamorandonos USA, which is a reality tv show about people finding love. To end our show we will also include a question/controversy of the day in which you can call in live and give us your thoughts.

Denisse Quintanilla
Co-Host
Denisse is of Ecuadorian descent. She grew up in a Hispanic household which helped her learn Spanish. She loves every aspect of the Hispanic culture, especially the food and music. Her favorite food has to be ceviche, beef or cheese empanadas, and quimbolitos. Some of her favorite artists include J Balvin, Ozuna, CNCO, Romeo Santos, and the one and only Selena Quintanilla. Besides knowing Spanish, she learned French in middle school all the way to high school. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and loves to watch Netflix. Some of her favorite shows include Money Heist, Always a Witch, The Queen of Flow, and Rebelde. The Hispanic culture is very important to her and she hopes to one day give back the many opportunities she was given.
Paola Sosa
Co-Host
Paola is Salvadoran-American, being raised in El Salvador for a couple of years, she had to learn English once coming to the United States. She loves different Hispanic culture but her favorite food will always be pupusas. Since she was young she has loved and used music as an outlet. Since the age of nine, she has played the trombone and sung in choirs. In high school she played in three different bands but her favorites were jazz and marching band because her director would choose Latin-flare styled music. Even though she only plays for fun now, she still uses music as an outlet by being around it. Her favorite genre is bachata but she will dance to any type of music.
